Ashby Radio has now completed its 3rd 28 day Restricted Service Licence and what a broadcast it was !
With more than 40 guests popping in for a chat during our April/May broadcast we certainly were very busy.
We managed to look at many LOCAL aspects of Culture and Leisure from LOCAL walks to various concerts and gigs. We tried to save you money through our feature "It's your money" and we gave you ideas on how to invest and plan for your future. Sadly,in life every so often we need legal advice and we managed to touch on many aspects of law from home life to business life. We looked at various aspects of health with two doctors from the Ashby Health Centre and we even explored complimentary health care aswell. Chat came from political debate and AL'S ANGELS who explored many aspects of Ashby life from what its like to be 18 to speed dating. ...OH and music ...some of the finest musical choice on any radio station ,much of it picked by you during our all request lunch hour! With local news, our Not for Profit Careline and our guide to what's on locally in The Ashby Informer the Morming Show really was a community show for Ashby from the heart of Ashby. You should be very proud...after all it's YOUR Ashby Radio! |
